Terrible Experience – Poor Front Desk Service I stayed at this hotel and had an awful experience. Around 12:30 AM, a loud fight broke out on the top floor—crying, shouting, and banging noises that lasted for about an hour. It was unsettling and made it impossible to rest, especially since I had to drive the next morning. I called the front desk, but they assured me nothing was wrong, even though I could hear the noise clearly from my room. I even recorded a video as proof. Their dismissive attitude made me feel both frustrated and unsafe. The next morning, I brought it up to the day shift staff, only to find out that the night shift had not even logged a report. The staff said they would check the cameras, but no real action was taken, and no compensation was offered. I understand that disruptive guests are not entirely the hotel’s fault, but how the situation was handled was unacceptable. The night staff ignored a legitimate issue, and the hotel did nothing to make it right. If you’re looking for a place where management actually cares about guest comfort and safety, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

I rented a room with a jacuzzi for a romantic experience. As we checked in and walked into the room there was a loud motor running noise coming from the jacuzzi. I requested someone to look at it. As the water was filling in the jacuzzi it was streaming out from the jets of the jacuzzi onto the floor and walls of the room. The man just stood there and acted as if that was normal.
