I arrived a few minutes after 4pm and my room wasn’t ready. I waited about 30 minutes and room was still not ready so they gave me a different room. The room they gave me was dirty and the pullout couch had a big mattress on it so I had to call someone to change it so I could fold the couch back up. One of the waters the provided for the room was already open and drank from. It was truly a disappointment to say the least. This was suppose to a “staycation” since we are from the area. Would I stay there again, no I wouldn’t, unfortunately.

As we went into the room there was an old smell. Afterwards we noticed a big old blood stain in the carpet. The hotel required a deposit for the stay. You can not drink around the pool area and you could not go inside the lobby in bathing suit wear.

The online check-in process is useless. When you physically get to the property, you have to do everything all over again. There is a $50 deposit that is taken from your card, every day you are there. From 1am-3am crap cars with loud exhausts go into the garage reving the engine. No security or police to stop this nuisance.

Over all good stay as our room was clean & the ac was just right- water pressure in the shower was good, I liked the Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash scent as well as the texture it left in my hair. The parking lot needs work done and front desk could be a bit more welcoming and friendly.

Stay was fair. Bed was comfortable. Wanted to enjoy the pool with my kids/family but a few couples were making out - no respect for kids/families. Towels in room were dirty, went to front desk to ask for more.

I was treated boringly from the minute. I took my foot in the hotel. The receptionist Jesus was rude and did not check me in until later had an earlier flight. Although there was two guest arrive at the same time with me and he checked them immediately and when I asked him, he said well they were here last night. And they walk in with the suitcase and he did the check in in front of me. The bathroom clocked after five minutes from checking in. I over charged $45 for stuff that I never used. I never consumed and it took me two days to get a hold of somebody.

Amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect, it was clean and comfortable. The pool temperature was great and the atmosphere was nice. The staff were friendly and attentive. You’re a short walk away from food trucks with excellent food and there were also some vendors with other items for sale. We will definitely be coming back for our next staycation.

Mixed Experience.

Classic Hotel with a good restoration. Poor Quality Restaurant Food and no daily service unless requested, yet this is not informed upon check in. Did on line check in as requested and was charged a deposit after prepaying the stay, then was charged the same deposit on check in. Some online fields for check in would not activate. I noticed many complaints on line with canned pre scripted response.
