Everything was nice. The hotel room the reason I put average is that our room had a huge leak from the AC and I was traveling with a disabled person and a baby and we had to be extra careful to prevent an accident

Do not stay here. Credit card stolen and zero sleep. I cannot recommend this resort. We left after two nights of a four-night stay because we felt unsafe. Housekeeping stole a credit card from my partner’s wallet, and management refused to address it or take it seriously. Also, the noise from nearby bars is unbearable, lasting from midnight to 5:00 AM daily. The staff is dismissive and unwelcoming to tourists. We lost money by leaving early, but staying there was not an option.

La ubicación, las actividades y espacios para niños están geniales, solo las habitaciones creo que ya están un poco desactualizadas, les falta conexiones usb mejores luces y remodelación a los baños.
