Lascannes - Mauvezin-d'armagnac

You are here at Domaine d'Espérance, an Armagnac vineyard. Lascannes – "the burrows" in Gascon – is a restored farmhouse, respecting the materials used in Gascony: lime plaster, whitewashed interior, and Toile de Jouy fabrics. The furnishings are antique oak and wrought iron, creating a warm atmosphere. The view over the Douze Valley and the tranquility make it an exceptional setting for guaranteed relaxation. And don't forget that here you can discover the estate's products: wines, Armagnac, and Floc de Gascogne. Lascannes is a detached, half-timbered house, entirely on the ground floor. It offers: a living room/lounge with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer), a shower room with a washing machine, 2 bedrooms (two single beds, one double bed), a separate toilet. You will enjoy an unfenced garden surrounded by vineyards. The covered terrace off the kitchen provides garden furniture and a barbecue. Another relaxation area is available off the living room. For the winter months, electric heating and a wood-burning stove with complimentary firewood are provided. For your comfort, the beds are made, and linens and towels are provided. Cleaning service is available. Two bottles of wine from the estate and a miniature bottle of Armagnac are offered upon arrival (alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation). We also have a tennis court available on the property (4 hours/day). Wi-Fi access is also available on the grounds, 50 meters away. The nearest market is 15 km away, shops are 5 km away, and a supermarket is 10 km away. Peace and quiet in a very pleasant wine-growing setting
