Welcoming, Wonderfully Cozy 1 bdrm Apt

This cozy 1 bedroom apartment is my home away from home. Do you like historic homes, tours, nightlife, walks, or parks? My apartment is nestled right in the middle of it all. You will be just 3 blocks away from downtown and East Park. A short 5 min drive to the hospital. This cozy apartment has sleeping accommodations for 3. The living room has a 43in Roku TV, a big comfy couch with a queen hide a bed, and 1 big comfy chair. The kitchen comes fully equipped if you want to enjoy a nice quiet dinner in. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The bathrom comes fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and closet. There is a secure entrance, and has off-street parking. There is also a coin-op washer and dryer in the building. I hope you enjoy my home and the amazing city.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
