Casa de diseño en Mashpee con A / C central

Esta casa bellamente rediseñada se encuentra en una tranquila calle sin salida, cerca de la playa y cerca de Mashpee Commons. Estanques, paseos por la naturaleza, puertos deportivos están muy cerca. Relájese en el porche o parrilla en la cubierta después de un día relajante en el Cabo. Hay una enorme y moderna cocina con encimeras de granito, un contador de cocina-comedor y un acogedor, sala de entretenimiento que hacen fácil y divertido. La casa tiene un nuevo sistema de calefacción central de AC / Gas para su comodidad. Relajarse en la sala de estar, descansando en el sofá o meciéndose en la silla de mimbre, ver televisión de alta definición, conectados por canales vía satélite y sistema de sonido, o navegar por Internet y enviar mensajes de correo electrónico con el servicio de WIFI. Hay pisos de madera en todo el primer piso y una alfombra insonorizada en el piso de arriba. Great property

The house was fantastic and perfect for our stay. It was beautifully decorated and everything we needed was provided. It was very clean except for the two small pieces of broken glass in the kitchen that were missed by the cleaners. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

I stayed here with my family while attending a wedding at the nearby country club. The home was very clean and comfortable; it has an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time here!

Great house on the Cape!

The house was clean and exactly as advertised. Lots of kitchen supplies (pots, pans, spices, etc.) made cooking a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

The community is very quiet. Privacy abounds. The house was spotless and the kitchen well stocked. Comfortable mattresses and furnishings. Plenty of restaurants within a mile or 2. Andy is easy to work with.

Perfect accommodations

We had a great time on Cape Cod for a family wedding. Our family of 6 fit comfortably in the property. The kitchen had everything imaginable for cooking breakfast and the occasional dinner. The house is in an ideal location to access any amenity. We are already planning a return trip next year and hope to book this great property again!

What a great, well stocked house! We spent July 4th week and we had everything we needed to prepare meals, plenty of chairs and towels for the short drive to the beach and even good amounts of paper products, detergent etc..to get us started. Andy was a very responsive owner and easy to work with! Thanks for having us!

Relaxing family stay on the cape

The home was immaculate and perfect for our family of 5 to relax and enjoy our stay in the cape. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping, beaches and dining. We had plenty of space to eat, sleep and relax when we were not out and about. The house was equipped with modern amenities, plenty of towels and the owners were very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. We would recommend this house!

Girls trip

Great location close to Mashpee commons with a great summer Sunday market. Close to Ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket and local towns. Huge space for a girls trip or large families. Clean and great water pressure. Backyard screened porch and Outdoor area was not cleaned or inviting but the cape has so much to offer wasn’t needed. Would use this as a base area again in a nice quiet community.

Perfect & Cozy

Andy’s house fit our needs perfectly. Anything you’d need to make a meal was provided in the kitchen (which seemed brand new and was so beautiful). The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We traveled with our 3 teenagers and there was plenty of space for all of us. The washer and dryer was also a huge bonus! Andy was quick to respond when we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever made our way back to Cape Cod!

Fantastic Home

Our daughter was getting married at the Popponesset Inn. This house was about ten minutes from our event, It is very close to Mashpee commons and very centrally located. It ia an amazing Cape with a beach Cape theme inside. It has just about everything you need and then some for comfort and supplies.So spacious and so clean.The owner Andy was easy to work with! would defiantly rent again. It also is very close to South Cape Beach , one of our favorite beaches.Thank you Andy .

Very nice house

House was very clean and well located, kitchen very well equipped, missing a decent kitchen knife… but my biggest problem was that they said that the master had a queen bed and this is not true, it has a full size bed, my husband is a big person and we didn’t fit in the bed so I had to sleep on the second floor with the kids which was not nice.

Amazing!

This property was beautiful and had everything we could have asked for. It was very clean and had a lot of space! Perfect for a family or girls trip! Great getaway

This house was perfect! Clean, comfortable and great location. Kitchen was fully stocked and screened in porch was great to have coffee on in the morning. Highly recommend.
