We wish we could have stayed here longer! Everyone - from the front desk to the restaurant - was so pleasant and welcoming. Despite the weather, we enjoyed walking around the property and local area, and then feasted on a superb dinner. The breakfast buffet is exceptional!

The property is very easy to get to and right next door to a quick ferry over to the island. Parking is just across the street. The spa is wonderful!

At check in Fillipa made us feel very welcome and handled our requests with a smile. The location is excellent and a short walk to the ferry. Our room had a nice view of the water and Marstrand island. Would go back.

Absolutely amazing place wonderful staff great atmosphere good food. The SPA is also a wonderful place to visit with a floating sauna outside. Overall a very pleasant weekend stay. We also brought with us our little dog and he couldn’t have been in a better place!

Great hotel, even though I did not belong there.

I was sent to this hotel by hotels.com because the hotel that I actually had a reservation for was overbooked. I found this out after traveling 24 hours. It took an extra hour and a half to figure out where I could start, and almost another hour to get there.It cost me $134.00 for a taxi to get to the hotel, which hotels.com would not cover. . The front desk was helpful in explaining the bus, so I did not have to pay that to get to work, back in town, so I only had to pay it on my first night there, and when I checked out, due to too many bags to manage on the bus. The hotel location, and spa are lovely. The staff are very friendly. They do serve breakfast, which I did not try, because I needed the extra time to get to town for work. I do wish there would have been a coffee cup, and some sort of "hot pot" in the room to hear water, as I travel with my instant coffee, and like to have it first thing when I wake up. And I think it is the only place that I ever stayed that does not have Kleenex. There are really no true negatives for the hotel, just the circumstances on how I got there, and that hotels.com let me get all the way to Sweden, without telling me I had no place to stay, when the original hotel had called them twice, the day before, which would have been a day and a half before, given the time difference. They gave me a $200 coupon for my trouble, which does not even cover the taxi expense.

The rooms and facilities are in good standard. The terrace restaurant is great on a sunny evening but the service is slow and inattentive.

Stort og meget nedslidt kongreshotel

Utroligt slidt hotel med bla store hul i stole på værelset. Værelset fremstod som et rum på total nedslidt kongreshotel. Lange køer ved morgenmads buffeten og inge ledige borde at sidde ved. Vi og andre måtte selv rydde bordet for brugt service og tørre det af vi endelig fandt et ledigt. Hotellet ligger godt på Koön og marstraydom by super nice. Hotellet er dig ikke velegnet til et hyggelig par/familie ophold for det er ikke et hyggeligt hotel. Nok bedre som kongreshotel hvor man ikke går helt så meget op i at det er nedslidt og stort. Prisen er efter svenske forhold høj.
