106 5th Street is beautifully remodeled with some really great personal touches. I wish we would have had more time to just hang out, as we never even got to enjoy the basement, but we had a great, confortable stay! I would absolutely reserve this place again!

House was clean and spacious, with a foosball table in the finished basement where we spent hours having a blast. Then next morning met the owners who not only told us about the history of the place with obvious pride, but showed us around another historical building that they were fixing up. We rented the parsonage as an option for friends and family to stay while here for graduation. Check in/out was super easy. Our guests were happy with the location as well as the charm of the home. They definitely preferred this over staying at a hotel!

Four 70 year old alumni of Southwest gathered in the Parsonage and loved it. Beds were comfortable, place was clean. Two small issues: the front door lock pad was hard to read and the locking mechanism was balky. Both toilet seats were loose. Both items were minor issues.

Ladies weekend

We loved the location and the decor of the home. We only had to walk across a driveway to eat at a restaurant and had plenty of beds/futons for the 10 of us. This would not be a good fit for anyone disabled but the hosts are very upfront about this prior to booking. We would stay again if in the area.

Perfect little house!

We loved this house! We only had one night there passing through, and we would have loved to have stayed longer. It was seriously such a cute house and perfect for our family of six. Our kids loved the foosball table in the basement. We totally spaced on signing the guestbook. Definitely a great place to stay!

We had a lovely time in this rental! The hosts were hands down the best I've ever worked with, warm and friendly. The space was adorable and comfortable, and welcoming to families.
