Great location, wonderful views from the large balcony. Secure, quiet, great parking. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Water beautiful but very cold!

Very nice location with lovely large balcony and stunning views. Furniture a little dated but charming. Cleanliness inside cupboards in kitchen could be better with some used short life food and drink left from previous tenants. Agency Michele Falque were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect stay close to the harbour, beaches and Calanques

We had a fantastic stay and would really recommend this apartment. It has fantastic views, is in a great location and was equipped with everything we needed. The local agent (Isabelle) was also very helpful arranging a later checkin when we were delayed on route and available if we needed her during our stay.

Vue magnifique.

Très belle vue sur la mer et sur le cap canaille. Proche du port, de la plage du Bestouan également départ à pied pour les calanques depuis l’appartement.

L'appartement a tout ce que l'on souhaite. Proximité de la mer, vue magnifique, situation calme. Le lit double est plutôt petit. Et il faut être conscient qu'une fois la réservation effectuée via Abritel, tout n'est pas réglé. L'appartement est géré par une agence immobilière professionnelle. Il faut encore signer un contrat et présenter une attestation d'assurance responsabilité civile. C'était nouveau pour nous et cela nous a demandé beaucoup d'efforts. Mais le suivi par Isabelle de l'agence était très aimable, rapide, compétent et toujours utile.

L'appartement est très bien situé entre les calanques et le centre de Cassis. le top:la vue depuis la terrase. la résidence est parfaitement sécurisée. je conseille fortement cet hébergement.

Cassis, à deux pas de la mer et à quelques pas de plus du port.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette résidence à deux pas de la plage du Bestouan, à quelques pas de plus du port. Une situation idéale pour profiter pleinement de la mer et de toutes les petites rues de Cassis, toutes plus jolies les unes que les autres. La résidence, qui offre le stationnement pour la voiture (ce qui n'est pas négligeable), est très calme, pour dire, je n'ai jamais croisé quelqu'un dans la montée d'escalier. L'appartement spacieux est remarquablement bien situé avec un large balcon et sa splendide vue sur mer. L'équipement est complet, les lits confortables, tout y est pour d'excellentes vacances. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et nous remercions les propriétaires pour cette mise à disposition. Nous tenons aussi à remercier Isabelle de l'agence Falque qui s'est mise à notre disposition pour nous guider à notre arrivée. Merci pour son accueil chaleureux et son accompagnement avant d'arriver et pendant le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Belle semaine passée à Cassis

Appartement très agréable, bien situé dans Cassis, avec une vue magnifique. Plage à deux pas, proche du port et des restaurants. Les calanques sont également accessibles à pied. Place de parking attitrée.

Uitstekende locatie

Op loopafstand van een kiezelstrand en het centrum en de haven. Daarbij een prachtig uitzicht op de Baai van Cassis en Cap Canaille. Het bed is wat smal en de inventaris gedateerd maar alles is aanwezig.
