Nice hotel for a short stay on Marrakech

This is a lovely, clean hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The pool was often quiet with only ourselves there. It is smaller than the images suggest and only has 1 step which is steep making it difficult to get out. The sunloungers are close to the ground but comfy enough. The hotel provides pool towels. Breakfast was buffet style and you could help yourself to as much or as little as you wanted. We also had lunch on our first day which was reasonably priced. The food was nice. The room was reasonably sized, clean and adequate for our stay. The fridge wasn't very cold but cooled our water enough. The aircon made the room a nice temperature for sleeping. Our shower was temperamental meaning we had to hold it with one hand whilst showering but the water temperature was good. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided and rose petals sprinkled in the bathroom and on the beds. There was a hairdryer provided in the room and we had everything we needed for our stay. There is no lift but someone escorted us to our room with our suitcase meaning we only had to take it down when checking out. The hotel is on a busy street but the noise was limited. Overall this is a nice hotel and would recommend for a short stay in Marrakech.

Perfect place to stay in Marrakech

This is a great riad, ideally located walking distance to to at attractions including Jeema el Fna market. I would call it diamond in the rough. Extremely well run and cared for by properly trained staff. Thank you Riad Bahia Salam for a wonderful stay!

The rooftop pool was a great addition! Walking distance from the square & a lot of attractions. Staff was sooooo helpful & accommodating. Very authentic area of Marrakech.

I had a wonderful stay at the riad, it is located at the footsteps of the square and the rooftop pool is perfect for the summer heat. The service was absolutely amazing and they really accommodated to me

The riad was nice, but it was very noisy because of the stone structure, you could hear the moving furnitures and people walking and talking. The first night was in a room facing the street and was impassible to fall asleep as there's constant traffic throughout the night. The wifi was very spotty and depended on the location you are at. The room service unlocked the door without knocking while I was in the room. At the last night of the stay, had food poisoning because of the food at the riad, but when complain to the front desk, their response was "the food was good, no?", no apologies no nothing.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was very nice and quick to help, always with a nice attitude. They gave us a free massage since it was our second time at the Riad, It was very thoughtful! We were treated so nicely, the hotel amenities were charming as well! I totally recommend and will come back!

Everything down to the airport transfer, to check in/out, to the dining was smooth and great! The hotel was beautiful and very clean, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful at all times. The pool is a lot smaller than I expected, but does not take away from the greatest of the hotel or the time I had. Will be back and would recommend.

This is an excellent property that is conveniently located near the action of the Medina but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Very walkable. And the staff is friendly and excellent.

Ideally situated in the Médina

This is a lovely little place situated close to all the local places you want to visit. It is beautifully decorated and serves great breakfasts. All the staff (Reception, restaurant, cleaners) were friendly, kind, helpful and courteous at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved staying here.

Great Location, place had the feel of a real Moroccan riad. Did not like them messing up our room and then giving us free massages to make up for it when we were checking out - not very helpful when leaving the city. Also did not like that the power went out quite often during the day. And the breakfast was eh.

Lovely hotel and terrace

Beautiful riad in a convenient location. A great rooftop terrace and pool which is a sun trap. No alcohol served but you can BYO. Friendly staff. Only downside was that I booked the hotel specifically for the spa and wasn’t informed by the hotel that it was closed for maintenance. The work and noise also started at 8am. Otherwise would definitely recommend.
