Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 80 m² house in Marquise for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!

First floor:
- 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...

- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with bunk bed (sleeps 3)

The house is ideally located in Marquise, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Très bien mais mensonger

L’accueil et la communication a été très facile et très bon - l intérieur du logement est très convenable avec un très bon équipement dans tous les secteurs - l’autre est extrêmement sympathique et donne des bons conseils pour ce point nous en sommes plus que ravis par contre je suis obligé de mettre un énorme point négatif l’annonce précise bien Maison avec Garage c’est écrit en gros et c’est pour ça en partie que j’avais choisi ce logement sauf que à l’arrivée on vous annonce que le Garage n’est pas disponibleC’est comme si je vous disais que vous achetez une voiture et qu’elle n’a que trois roues… On paye pour un service complet pas pour une partie je suis donc extrêmement en colère d’avoir payé ce montant avec un garage soi-disant inclus c’est inadmissible à ce moment-là on ne met pas le garage dans l’annonce
