The Yellow dog river runs directly through the property which has excellent fishing and the massive Marquette snowmobile trail systems are just a short 1/2 mile ride down the road. This is a really nice property on acreage, so you have privacy and quiet which is really important to us. You just need to understand that it's just outside of Big Bay so any real dining choices will require you to go to Marquette. It was perfect for us since we tend to cook our meals and perfectly clean.
