Booked a so called delux safari cabin for 5 of us, AC wasn't working when arrived called and asked management for repairs it was hot like hell the guy came after a while and stated he fixed it, we stayed out for 3 hours while being charged no refunds or reimbursement for those terrible hours waited outside property, when got back AC was still not working, then after fighting with property reservation manager she decided to switch us in a different cabin at around 10 or 10:30 Pm, ( check in time was 3:30pm) we been out for whole day long came all the way from Houston, no apologies or anything from staff, then all the mattresses had plastic covered on them making noises, can't sleep at all the pillows were cheap Walmart $3.50 stuff, horrible experience, I asked the manager to cancel my other night just charge me for the night I checked in, but she refused it kinda rude lady, whole trip was awful and painful, we left early because my kids were keep complaining about discomfort and bugs spiders lizards were all around the cabin, I have traveled a lot have seen many places but that was the worst experience ever, the only person I found reasonable was the AC guy he didn't help me much but at least he felt sorry about the situation and accepted whatever was done to me shouldn't happen, please be careful when you book the property thanks
