We’ve been staying at this location for years for a state wrestling tournament. The staff is always friendly at check in. The room is always nice.

Stay was ok. We’ve been staying here for years on our annual trip to Marion but this stay wasn’t the best. Kids running and screaming in the halls and kids not being supervised in the pool makes for a not so fun experience. Breakfast is mediocre at best. But it is always clean and comfortable and staff is always nice. I do realize we stay at a time where they are probably more kids than usual staying there but I feel as if rules need to be enforced a little better.

Definitely will not stay there again. The pool is freezing, so my kids did not want to stay in there very long. There’s not really anything else to do. The window to our room was very breezy, and then we see that the window was broken. But there were no other rooms available that were the same as ours and since there was no glass missing, the lady at the front said there was nothing they could do. The curtains were also broken, which is how we saw that the window was broken, so we had white from the pool coming in the window shining straight in to the bed the entire night. It sounded like running water behind the wall all night long and then we found out the next morning. They just had a water leak that caused the ceiling to cave in the breakfast room, which was right behind our room. I also called the front desk a few times regarding a pounding coming from above us until 4 AM But nothing was ever done about that. I have kids that have to be up super early for a sporting event But between the light shining in, the draft and how cold it was from the window, The sound of water running behind our heads, and the pounding until 4 AM, nobody got any sleep. I let them know it check out all of these things and the response was “ Oh, I’m so sorry, I’ll let the manager know”. There were also stains all over our bathroom floor, dried toothpaste in the tub, like someone squeezed an entire tube out in one squeeze, And we had to ask for towels twice because there were none in our room.
