Located in the historic part of the city, this place is absolutely beautiful! The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Kadir, who goes above and beyond to help. The Abbara room is nice and cozy, although it feels a bit small for three people.There are a few areas for improvement. The soundproofing isn’t great, making it hard to relax with loud music coming from the street. The bathroom has its quirks too—it's a bit cramped and lacks proper ventilation. The shower is right in front of the door, which causes the bathroom to flood every time it’s used, and there’s no towel rack. Breakfast could definitely use some improvement as well. It’s also worth noting that the room isn’t cleaned every day, and when arriving at 5 PM, it was still being cleaned even though check-in was at 2 PM. Despite these little issues, the charm of the place and the warmth of the staff make for a really enjoyable stay!

Very nice location in central Mardin. The place had a beautiful view and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Mardin

Genel olarak memnun kaldık, personel ilgili ve temizlik iyiydi. İlk gün kaldığımız oda banyosu küflü ve ağır kokuluydu, banyodaki koku odayı da bir miktar etkiliyordu, ikinci gün odamızı değiştirdik ve sorun yoktu. Bununla beraber yan taraflardaki inşaat sesleri gece 24:00'e kadar devam ediyordu, bu konuda önlem alınmalıdır.

Abbara odasi olarak kiralanan odanin sitedeki gorsellerinde tuvalette dusakabin oldugu icin o odayi kiralamistik.Ama gittigimizde gorselin yanlis oldugunu odada dusakabin olmadigini gorduk.Durumu gorevliye aktardik ama cevap alamadik.Mecburen 4400 tl vererek,buyuk odaya gecmek zorunda kaldik.
