Experience a beautifully updated front unit! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the South Seas community boasts a large balcony. It offers ample space for your family vacation, with a view of the entire beach from the condo. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed. Additionally, the living room includes a sofa bed suitable for children. Enjoy the convenience of free WiFi and HD channels.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.
CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Although we never had air above 72 we had to reset often. No fault of property owner however building lost power many times and elevator failed to work on and off for a couple days even though power was on. Once on we didn’t trust so had to use in shifts for safety. Living room couch and chairs needed updated. Very little water pressure in master bath and kitchen sink. The views were beautiful.

Common area furniture not comfortable at all!!
Bean bad chair really disappointing

We had a wonderful stay. This property has everything you need to enjoy the incredible gem that is Marco Island. The condo was perfect for our needs. Kitchen is well stocked, pool is lovely, fitness center is well equipped and the complex is close to great restaurants. Then there's the view - just spectacular!
