The property was great for two families. Great tennis court and pool and dock and water views. Kitchen well stocked, just make sure to bring shampoo/conditioner and body wash because it’s not provided as an amenity. Would definitely stay again.

Location is incredible. Huge dock, quick access to the gulf, older but well cared for home. Had a great experience here!

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay at Pickleball paradise! The house was super clean and better than the pics show. It is centrally located to everything and very walkable. The pickleball court was hours of e entertainment for the men in our group. Baby equipment rental was superb!

Lovely vacation home

Pickleball Paradise home in Marco Island was perfect place for us( 2 children adults). Spacious house with beautiful view of canals and great pool for everyone to enjoy. Comfortable beds, beach chairs and beautiful neighborhood. Plus we could play tennis and pickleball! You open front door to a huge glassed in area- with serene views. worth every penny !

A True Paradise

We had the most wonderful stay at this home. Our kids loved the pickleball court and were out there for hours every day! We saw so many dolphins right off the dock as well as a manatee. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed for the week. The beds were so comfortable! The location was perfect, very convenient to the grocery store and a quick golf cart ride to the beach. The home was very clean and tidy. We would happily return to this home in paradise!

The house is in a very nice neighborhood, and has a great view when sitting by the pool. Unfortunately, the house is in need of many updates, including bathrooms, kitchen and many other areas. We couldn’t use the kayaks because the seats and handles are broken so we rented our own. We also couldn’t use the tennis court due to standing water with an uneven surface that would not dry after rain. The house is very dated, it needs a total renovation. Not a place we will come back as a ladies getaway. The owner was always very responsive to any questions we had, and management was also very responsive.

Great location. House needs work

The first impression is a Wow factor! The location is Amazing. Definitely the least kept home on the block but great location. Inside however was not great. We had 3 couples for the week and don’t get me wrong it was adequate. Obviously you can tell it’s a rental property and not in the condition that you want if you lived there full time. I’m a new construction residential contractor and remodeler so I’m probably being a little critical. I actually came up with a material list for a major remodel and it’s in the $200k range. Kitchen. All baths. Flooring. Etc. Pool is great. Pickleball court was fun. Be careful walking around on the boardwalk and dock. Very uneven and someone will stumble or fall. Overall again we were fine and the hosts responded quickly and were very polite. This is not on them. The company who owns the property needs to spend some time and money and update the property. It’s too nice of a place to let it go much longer. Thx. Mike

Great location/Needs updates

This house is comfortable and conveniently located. Situated in a lovely neighborhood with a pretty back view. The pickleball court is actually a tennis court with pb lines. The net is for tennis and not easily lowered to meet pickleball regulations. Luckily there is a pickleball club nearby. The house is comfortable but in need of bathroom and kitchen renovations. Shoddy repairs throughout the house. The positives outweigh the negatives however unless the bathrooms and kitchen were renovated, we will most likely look elsewhere for our next girls pickleball trip.

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Pickleball Paradise! It is a spacious home with plenty of room to spread out and come together for family meals and game nights. As avid picklers, we LOVED having our very own private court to sharpen our skills and have a family & friends tournament. The losers had to buy drinks :-) They even had paddles and balls so we didn't have to pack ours. After testing our skills on the court, it was great to cool off in the pool which is a great size. Another bonus of this property is the great fishing from the dock and long seawall where the kids caught all types of fish. The house also has ample beach gear and a cart to carry it which was a huge help! We have stayed on many properties on Marco (condos and single family homes) and this was definitely our favorite! Book it. You won't be sorry.
