Beautiful place! I lived sitting on our deck and watching the ocean. Really spectacular views. The poola were top notch too. My only complaint would be that the concierge was trying to sell us on a tour of the timeshares and they are pretty pushy. So beware that, otherwise everything was amazing!

Pool and beach towels were not easily accessible if you didn’t get them ahead of time. If you needed new ones or additional ones while you were at the pool, you had to walk all the way back to the lobby. Bins should be there with towels so you don’t have to walk back and forth. Drinks and food by the pool took a very long time. Drinks weren’t always correct and we weren’t willing to send it back for them to correct as it would take even longer. Staff didn’t go the extra mile to hussel alittle. Didn’t feel like a resort where things were easy to get. Either they were under staffed or just no urgency to make it easier for families. Wouldn’t go back as I’m sure there are other hotels that could be better

Can’t wait to stay again.

We enjoyed the step above of just staying in a hotel room. Nice to have a full kitchen to prepare breakfast. Within walking distance to great restaurants. The staff on the property were all very friendly. Beach chairs and umbrellas available for a small fee. Pool area beautiful!

Loved this resort. Room and grounds were wonderful and clean. Three pools and everything was well kept. Bathrooms in the pool area were spotless. Restaurants on site were good. All staff friendly! Had an ocean view room and loved everything about it. The large balcony was wonderful. There was nothing at this resort that we had any issue with or could complain about. The photos were accurate and the host gave us great communication. It was a perfect getaway.

Nice stay

It was a nice unit to accommodate our two adults and two kids (8 and 11). The kids (together) had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was nice. The kitchen allowed us to save some money by cooking in for a few meals. Nice deck. The property overall was very nice. Great pools and beach. Beautiful sunsets. Safe feeling everywhere. Short walk to restaurants and beach shops. Quick drive to Publix. We had a great time.

Great stay. Read fine print!!

We loved this resort. Cannot say anything bad about it. Location is amazing. Place is so clean. Staff is amazing. Kids actives can’t be beat. Rooms are huge and so nice. ****** read the fine print on this listing!! We booked a week and found out a month before we had to change rooms 3 times in one week! We made the best of It but there is nothing Marriott can do anout it. This is a property manager who basically takes a few days here and a few days there from different owners and pieces it together to make a week!!*****

Rental company mistake

Crystal shores property was amazing— BUT was disappointed in RRP Property Mgmt whom I rented thru. I booked the dates and paid in Dec. for April trip. 48hrs before arrival they told me they didn’t have a room for me on our 4th night. And that they would try to find something or give me a refund.Seemed like a bait and switch. I ended up calling the property directly to secure the 4th night and had RRP refund me the last night. I would not recco renting through RRP again. Clearly they need to manage their electronic calendar/booking better.

Deceiving Listing

We booked 4 nights in a 2 bedroom 2 bath room at the Crystal Shores Marriott Property through VRBO 9 months in advance. A few days before we were supposed to leave, the property called and said we had 2 different reservations, one for 2 nights and one for 1 night. They said there was a missing night - the third night. Imagine my surprise! This was not resolved for days. I finally found out that 2 reservations were pieced together a few days before and we would need to change rooms half way through the stay. This was not what we booked or expected. We spent hours packing our things and moving to another room. The resort tried to make us check out at 10 am and “wait” for our new room to be ready hours later. This was unacceptable to us. The booking was deceiving as we did NOT get 4 nights in the same room. The resort itself was clean and beautiful despite the deceiving listing and stress it caused us before and during the trip.
