Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and all amenities—including the wellness area, outdoor fire pit, and spacious yard. Free private parking is available on-site.

The home is located right along Highway 20, so guests should expect some road noise, especially during the day.

The property is accessible year-round from the west side (via I-5).

April 2026 update: Highway 20 is currently open from the west up to the Diablo Lake area (MP 130), providing full access to the North Cascades Visitor Center and many local trails. While the full trans-mountain pass is currently closed for repairs, we are hopeful for a reopening soon and will keep you updated on any progress.

Washington Pass closes during winter months, so access from the east is not possible until it typically reopens in April (weather permitting).
Once the pass is open, the home is easily reachable from both sides and is part of the iconic North Cascades Scenic Highway and the Cascade Loop drive—one of Washington’s most beautiful road trips.
We highly recommend checking WSDOT (Washington State Department of Transportation) to ascertain current road conditions and seasonal pass status prior to booking and travel.

1. For health and safety reasons, all guests must shower before using the hot tub. This is required to keep the water clean and properly maintained during your stay.

2. Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited indoors. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine

3. Confetti and glitter are strictly prohibited.

4. Do not tamper with the smoke alarms or the wireless router. Maintaining these systems is essential for your safety and the home`s connectivity; any interference with these devices will result in a $500 fine.

5. Pet policies (Read further if you`re planning to bring a pet):

We love our furry guests! To ensure the house stays in top shape for everyone (including those with allergies), we ask that you follow these `Paws-itive` rules:

• We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets. Please let us know the breed and size of your pet(s) when booking.

• Furniture & Bedding: We ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds. If your pet is a `cuddler,` please use the designated pet blankets provided to protect the linens.

• Paw Policy: Please use the grey `Paw Towels` located by the door to wipe muddy paws before entering the house.

• No `Home Alone` Pets: For the safety of your pet and our neighbors, please do not leave pets unattended in the home unless they are secured in a crate.

• Yard Cleanup: Please pick up after your pet immediately. Waste bags are provided in the kitchen area.

• Damage & Accidents: We understand accidents happen! Please notify us immediately so we can treat stains properly. Excessive cleaning or damage to furniture/flooring will be charged to the guest.

• Flea/Tick Prevention: All pets must be up-to-date on flea and tick prevention before arrival.
