Newly renovated villa of 540M2, 11 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, for more than 22 people, with sea view located 300m from the beach and near Nikki Beach, with private pool, private parking, privacy area on 2400m2 plot, sauna, outdoor bar, bbq, 22 sunbeds, children's play area in beach sand, 3 flat screen TV.
There is free WIFI, Frige room and freezer room and a semi-industrial kitchen.
For 2026 is new available a relaxation area (mancave) with a pool, football table, Darts, some fitness equipment and a possibility for a massage.
Marbella center at 11km from Siempre Domingo with bus facilities at 100m from the villa. There are dining areas both inside and outside to eat together with 22 people

The villa and surrounding grounds were ideal for the 12 adults and 9 children using it. The villa itself is starting to show its age but it was clean, tidy and in good working order. I found Romain to be very helpful and the care takers that live next door spoke good English and were also very helpful. The local supermarket which was about 300m was well stocked and not unduly expensive. There is a selection of beach bars all within a 15 minute walk and all were reasonably priced with a good selection of excellent food. I would not hesitate to contact Romain again should I require a villa in that area.

The property is beautiful with a beautiful view and the views are stunning. The pool was perfect. The couple Johan and his wife are amazing they take care of the property and live Nextdoor. Johan is an amazing chef. You should definitely try his services. We did have a leak in one of the rooms from upstairs shower but Johan and Romain were on top of the situation quickly. Perfect stay and vacation

The Villa was everything as described in the VRBO advertisement. Walkable opportunities for both the beaches, stores and Restaurants. The cohost couple that lives close was of exceptional assistance for our shopping needs as well as breakfast service each morning. The visit was an incredible experience for our group of 19. Fantastic Trip

As a large group (20+) it is normally quite hard to cater for everyone’s wants and needs however, this villa was absolutely perfect. It had all the amenities you would reasonably require and the facilities were great. Communication with the owner was fantastic and he provided everything we needed from transportation to early check in/out. Only downside to the villa is it’s location, there are plenty of shops and restaurants around however, to get to Marbella centre a short cab ride is required. Uber and bolt cover the location very well. Overall I would highly recommend the villa and look forward fo returning.

Exceeded our expectations. Perfect for 19 hens celebrating upcoming wedding. Owner very helpful. Everything you need, all areas very clean. We booked a chef to come in one night, highly recommend this. Unfortunately local shop recently closed down so had to get taxi to supermarket for supplies! Would definitely recommend this property for large parties.

The photos of the property honestly don’t do it justice. The location of the property is excellent, close to shops and a handful of beautiful restaurants along the sea front, just a short 15 or so minute drive to Marbella. Fantastic villa, exactly like the photos, maybe even better!

I booked this for my sisters hen of 21 ladies, and this made our trip! The interior is beautiful and the pool is such a bonus. Spectacular views and quiet surroundings. Nothing to complain about, apart from the location for Uber’s and taxis was hard for them to find but that’s nothing to do with the villa. Host is very accommodating and helpful! Great place for a large group

I would highly recommend this villa! We spent 4 days with a group of friends at Romain’s villa. Beautiful scenery and the villa was great! We had a great time and especially the pool and terrace area was very atmospheric. A taxi is needed most of the time for transportation but that’s the case for most other villas as well. Romain was very easy to communicate with and he replied promptly. Johan and his wife hosted at the destination and they were very helpful and friendly. All in alla a great experience!
