The property enjoys a privileged setting in a quiet, secure residential area with lush greenery.

It features four spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms (two en suite), and a guest toilet.

The ground floor includes a bright, high-ceiling living room open to the upper level, with direct access to a furnished porch and private garden. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes high-end appliances. This level also includes a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, plus a guest toilet.

Upstairs, accessible via an open staircase from the living area, there are three additional bedrooms, each with two joined single beds. One has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the others share a full bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway.

The house is tastefully decorated with high-quality materials and clean lines. It offers air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi for year-round comfort.

The team at genteel were your perfect hosts, property in a smashing private complex and house really well furnished and has an excellent garden with a lovely pool nearby. Hope to be back.
