Apartamento de una habitación en el primer piso con balcón y cerca de la playa y del pueblo

Este apartamento en el primer piso ofrece alojamiento amplio y luminoso para dos personas y está a solo unos minutos de la playa y a pocos pasos de la antigua calzada adoquinada que conduce a través de las arenas durante la marea baja hasta el histórico castillo del monte St Michaels, que está rodeado de sub jardines tropicales Durante la marea alta hay frecuentes botes de taxi que hacen posible una visita en cualquier momento del día. A pocos pasos de la propiedad encontrará los pubs locales, restaurantes, galerías y tiendas de Marazion. La propiedad también ofrece un balcón orientado al sur con vistas al mar con mesa y dos sillas, tiene un salón abierto con comedor con cocina equipada y barra de desayuno. El amplio dormitorio ofrece cama doble, armario empotrado y cómoda. Hay vistas al mar desde el salón y el dormitorio.
Se accede al apartamento y al balcón a través de su propia escalera privada.
Un corto viaje hacia el oeste encontrará la ciudad de Penzance, aquí puede tomar el ferry a la maravillosa Isla de Scilly, se recomienda una visita a los jardines de la Abadía de Tresco. Más al oeste se encuentra Mousehole y Porthcurno con el famoso teatro minnack. This property was exactly as described if not better!! Fab location with a lovely see view from the balcony, beautifully decorated and immaculately presented. It had everything we needed! Lorraine the host met us on arrival and was lovely to deal with. Marazion is a super place to say and we enjoyed a drink in the Godolphin bar every night. The view is prefect from the veranda! We had a Great stay and will definitely be back! Thank you Lorraine!

Thoroughly enjoyable three weeks.

Lorraine and Mark were excellent hosts, very caring and intuitively considerate of our elderly needs. The property is light and airy with good views from the lounge, bedroom and balcony. A 5 minute walk to the amenities in Marazion. Every Wednesday and Thursday there is an Artisan craft market at the local Church Hall which serves excellent home cooked lunches and cream teas. Close access to the boat or causeway to the Island and a huge flat beach which stretches towards Penzance.

Excellent property in excellent location

The flat is perfectly located for all that Marazion has to offer and is also a great base to explore the area. Everything you need for your stay is provided and the flat is both comfortable and immaculate. Lorraine is a fantastic host. When we arrived she gave us some recommendations for places to eat, both of which we tried and both of which were excellent (The Fire Engine and Surf Club) and she was available by text for any questions we had during our stay. We would highly recommend the flat to anyone looking for a great escape to this beautiful part of the UK!

Gerne wieder!!

Es war ein ganz wunderbarer Aufenthalt in. Marazion. Das Appartment ist makellos sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, gleich gegenüber vom St. Michaels Mount. Von unserem Appartment aus hatten wir Meerblick und ein Parkplatz stand auch bereit. Er kann zwar nicht garantiert werden, aber wir hatten keine Probleme. Eine Bushaltestelle ist vor der Tür und kann das Auto eigentlich auch stehen bleiben. Das Godolphin und ein Pub sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank auch an Lorraine die uns die Schlüssel übergeben und uns alles gezeigt hat. Die Kommunikation ist gut und schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Ideal Apartment for 2

A light and airy apartment which is very well equipped. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and just a few minutes walk into the centre of Marazion. We had no problem parking at the complex but at times the car park was full - there always appeared to be spaces at the long stay car park but thankfully we didn't need to use it. Easy access to bus stops to Penzance & Praa sands (and other locations). Great location for a peaceful holiday. The ownner of the property was very helpful, friendly & very knowledgeable about the local area. Would stay there again.

Amazing apartment

The apartment is absolutely fantastic. Very comfortable & well appointed. It has everything you need for your stay. It is located in the small town of Marazion on the road opposite the beach & St Michael’s Mount. There are local shops & good pubs just down the road. Opposite St Michaels Mount

A very comfortable, clean first floor apartment in the middle of a picturesque Cornish village. Onsite parking was a bonus which made it very easy for our touring holiday. The facilities were excellent and the apartment was in east walking distance of St Michaels Mount, the beach, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. Lorraine was a lovely host.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche, bei herrlichem Wetter in Marazion verbracht und uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt nah zum Strand, ist mit Wohnraum inkl. Summertime in Cornwall

Wir hatten superschöne 2 Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Tollen Meerblick vom Balkon und aus der Wohnung. Uns waren die Balkonstühle leider zu unbequem und es fehlte uns ein kleines Gefrierfach und ein Sonnenschutz. Leider gehörte auch der im Inventar aufgeführte Whirlpool nicht zu unserer Wohnung. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, es fehlte sonst an nichts, selbst eine gute Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Kaffee und Tee war vorhanden und ein Busfahrplan. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Auch die Lage als Ausgangspunkt war optimal. Alle Daumen hoch!!!
