The property is gorgeous. But so big it is definitely not that quaint keys vibe.. feels more like a big cruise ship or apartment complex. Everything is an up charge, and they don’t tell you about the jet ski rentals orboat trips. Bed was not comfortable. But the room was fabulous, especially the 2 bathrooms. I was charged a lot more upon checkout than Expedia listed on our invoice.

Beautiful place clean and well situated but the food was very mediocre. The staff fair to good. Not well trained. We realized we should go out for meals except breakfast as long as you get to the restaurant by 10:30. Food and drinks way overpriced. The exception was Kyle who manages the bar was special. My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Isla Bella, and could not have been more pleased. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The grounds were perfectly maintained, offering beautiful ocean views. Dining at Mahina during sunset is an unforgettable moment, and highly recommended. Wait staff were attentive at every restaurant on the grounds, and we never felt rushed or unimportant. Other patrons of the resort were quiet and respectful, unlike some other locations you may often encounter in the Keys. This is not a party atmosphere, but rather a place to enjoy peace, quiet and perfect scenery. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and was serviced every day making it feel like new each time we opened the door. Key West is a fun place to visit, but if you want to relax in luxury and avoid the crowds, plan a trip to Marathon, Isla Bella will not disappoint.

Always good choice for a get away! Perfect location, amenities and sunset spot. room are spacious and clean. I’ve been with my friends and we had a question about food and the executive chef which his name is Thomas. he take care of us and we really appreciated it! Also, the stuff is great. I would definitely recommend.

Did not use internet. Staff was great everywhere! Only complaint is the rooms on the end ending in #69 had excessive roof top fan noise that made the balcony experience not very good.
Dry eco friendly facility. We had a visitor on the beach!

Lovely property, spacious room king ocean view room with balcony. Be careful during check in as the room I booked was not the room initially offered, the room initially offered would have been a downgrade.

Best staff! Big clean rooms. EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL, peaceful, picture perfect property. Must stay for atleast 2 nights! Open air bar and the seating with the fire pits is so much fun. Great for both families and couples.
