What a disappointment. Our oven didn’t have a tray, and the rack wasn’t the correct one so couldn’t be used. Asked the front desk and they couldn’t / wouldn’t try to find one in another apartment and was rudely told what is there, is all there is, and no spares are available. I asked for a second pot to improvise as a baking tray - sorry they don’t have spares, and couldn’t be bothered to get one from another apartment. The occupancy couldn’t have been more than 20% judging by the number of cars in the carpark. I then asked for wine glasses - they couldn’t provide as they “can’t provide things that can cause injury”. Not sure why they can provide steak knives, but not wine glasses. They offered me 4 paper cups instead… The floor tiles are cracked, some lights don’t work in the bathroom, the washing machine is dirty, there are v v limited kitchen utensils - no spatula, no peeler, no washing detergent, no tea towel, not even a kettle! You aren’t allowed to use the gym. The second bedroom only has a single bed - you have to forego the living room couch as a fold-out if there are more than 3 persons. The key card to the underground carpark doesn’t work. Housekeeping missed our apartment even after we reminded reception before heading out. Two stars as the apartment was roomy, the beds were comfortable, the heating was good. It’s cheap enough, but would still recommend you stay elsewhere unless you’re just after a bed to sleep on.

Very helpful and friendly and kind staff. Definitely would recommend. Heater was a bit wonky- too cold or too hot but that’s a very minor issue most people won’t encounter I’m sure.

Wow, these guys really have this figured out. I don’t think DisneyWorld has anything on this hotel for well done theme based stays. It is enjoyable to walk around the premises just enjoying all the accoutrements and appointments. The breakfast is awesome. the restaurant was awesome, the staff is awesome, housekeeping is awesome. There is no detail that isn’t important in this hotel. Secure garage parking was really easy to access and kept my motorcycle safe and secure at night. I stayed an extra day I enjoyed this place so much.

Interesting F1 themed hotel. I enjoyed the historic photos, art, and references. It was a plus to have a Ferrari F1 car in rhe lobby for photos. The rooms were clean and included a kitchen. Unfortunately, the kitchen wasn't fully equipped and lacked essentials like a kettle for boiling water, dish soap, and sponge. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very attentive.

I got a great room with garden view and balcony! the property is all ferrari themed with even an F1 car proped on the lobby, all blocks are track themed and the hallways all lined in ferrari
