Center of Mantova

Very basic hotel but ideal location for the centre of Mantova. Rooms are quite small but acceptable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a slight problem with the internet when I arrived but they put me in a different room and then everything worked fine. Overall happy with my stay.

Friendly staff at centrally located hotel

The hotel is within walking distance of Mantua's two greatest attractions : the Palazzo Ducale and the Palazzo Te. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. One of them recommended a restaurant across the road which served excellent food at reasonable price. I ate there every night during my stay. Free wifi is available but regrettably did not work so well during weekends.

Super Response to Medical Emergency

My husband had a medical emergency. I was extremely impressed with the management's concern and quick response in calling for medical assistance. Two physicians came to our room and arranged for ambulance transfer to a hospital. We were able to return that same evening. Again, the hotel's handling of the situation was a big relief for us.

Ótimo custo benefício. Excelente localização, no centro histórico de Mantua. Ótimo atendimento e um bom café da manhã. As instalações de quarto individual são boas, porém com pouco espaço. Mas tudo correu bem. Vale bem o bilhete.

L''Albergo è un po' datato e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Pulitissimi la camera e il bagno, altrettanto le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. Nel bagno di servizio, a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti, mancavano il sapone e le salviette per le mani. Colazione buona, varia e abbondante. Personale molto cortese. La zona in cui è ubicato l'hotel è sicura. Nel complesso un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Hotel centralissimo un pò datato ma pulito. Avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovo degli arredi. Le stanze singole con il bagno molto piccolo. Colazione abbondante e varia. Personale cortese e disponibile. Sicuramente un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, se si è di passaggio o necessità solo di dormire.

Tre stelle immeritate! nemmeno una parola di scuse

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la posizione abbastanza centrale ma fin da subito abbiamo avuto le prime difficolta'. Davanti all'hotel c'e' la sosta temporanea di mezz'ora per lo scarico bagagli ma era tutto occupato e pioveva. Nella descrizione era indicato parcheggio disponibile ma, la poco disponibile, receptionist ci informa che bisogna andarsi a cercare un parcheggio su strada a pagamento nel raggio di 1 km oppure un parcheggio coperto a 200 metri costoso. Decidiamo di scaricare le valigie e poi decidere il da farsi e andiamo in camera. Sorpresa!!! Non vedevo una camera cosi' dagli anni '80 in Francia. All'ingresso uno stanzino di cm.120 x cm.120 con un wc ed una doccia a pavimento, nella stanza una rientranza con il lavandino a vista e arredi molto datati e dal lato opposto un altro stanzino di uguali dimensioni con un bidet. Completano la bella visione carta da parati scollata e sporca, rigonfiamenti delle pareti, tende staccate, illuminazione fioca e magnifica vista su un cortile e appartamenti di fronte. Non avendo trovato un'altra sistemazione dato il pomeriggio inoltrato, restiamo per la notte e per fortuna le lenzuola erano pulite e i letti accettabilmente comodi. In seguito un altro receptionist ci informa che pagando un pass era possibile sostare nelle strisce blu di tutta la citta' ( meno male che abbiamo aspettato a parcheggiare, pagando sicuramente molto di piu', come ci aveva indicato la signora) La colazione era accettabile

Stanza piccola ( letto matrimoniale addossato al muro, quindi una persona deve scavalcare l'altra) con arredamento vecchio e malconcio. Bagno decisamente angusto. Molti i rumori idraulici provenienti dalle stanze vicine

L'hotel é in centro, in una posizione molto comoda per un soggiorno rilassante. La camera, la più economica, era un po' datata ma pulita, il letto era confortevole e la temperatura era adeguata. Bagno normale, la doccia non era racchiusa in un box ma era con la tenda. Colazione mediterranea di qualità, molto buona. Il personale era molto motivato e ha soddisfatto completamente le nostre richieste. Lo consiglio, quando ritornerò a Mantova tornerò a soggiornare li; proverei però una camera più costosa.
