The house is very clean, the kitchen is the most equipped kitchen I have ever seen. The house is close to the river and has views from some of the rooms The fire pit, deck and outdoor bathroom is a great feature. The garage has pool table, shuffle board, foosball table, corn hole and other stuff. The host is very friendly and helpful, We have stayed there a number of times and hope to again.

A very nice house on the river. It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were fantastic and everything was as described. It is perfect for a weekend fun getaway or a family vacation. It was also very close and conveniently located to Mohican State Park which was the very thing we were looking for. It was well worth the stay.

It was nice being right on the river! Enjoyed watching all the river action!! The boys really enjoyed the pool table and game room! Location is close to lots of amenities! We took kayaks down the river one day then launched tubes the next right from the property. Parked the truck down the river at a park and launch to land it was very convenient!

Love the location right on the river! Ample space for a larger group of friends to spend time together. Easy check in! Great communication from owners about checkin and what is required. 2nd year back and already planning next years trip! Thanks for hosting us!! Also, one of our friends had an emergency while on the river- owners stepped up and helped us in a big way! We genuinely appreciated it! You won’t regret renting this place!

You can't beat the location and view. The home is clean and comfy. We loved having the all the kitchen items and a full size frig. The bed sheets smelled so fresh and good. There is plenty of tables and chairs. We had a bee nest problem and I contacted the owners. They had it taken care of right away.(great communication) We will be returning!!!

Such a beautiful place to enjoy the river and unwind. Owners were very easy to get ahold and responded to questions quickly. They even went above and beyond and surprised me with a birthday cake. Would definitely love to stay again and will recommend their place to all my friends.

Relaxing Getaway

Super clean, comfortable. The place is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even a game room in the garage that looks like a lot of fun, but we didn't get a chance to use it. It was really relaxing to sit outside and watch the river. We didn't have any problems while we were there and would definitely recommend it.

Riverfront Retreat

This property was stunning and peaceful. Everything was as it was described and Jude and Jeanette even left a surprise cake in the fridge for my birthday. The property was so comfortable and I got to both see and hear many amazing migrating birds around the river while sitting on the gorgeous deck. I plan to stay here again in the future!

Relax by the River

The house was exactly as described. Owners have set it up to be a home away from home. Relax in the swing, on the back porch, or on the large deck overlooking the river. You will not be disappointed! Owners were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all questions. The game room in the garage was fun too! Many thanks for a relaxing weekend.

Very pleasant, clean and comfortable. Good instructions left to guide us. Easy contact with providers by text. Well stocked. Senic. Comfortable outside furnature with great view of riiver. Quiet; just what we needed to celebrate our anniversary. Left surprise cake in refrigerator. Thoughtful.

Cozy River Home

We spent a weekend here and did a mix of activies, including hiking, campfires, and board games. It couldn't have been a more perfect spot! Fantastic location close to Mohican but private enough to feel secluded. Clean, well-organized, and lots of good amenities inside and out. Plenty to do outside ans space inside for games and hanging out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Another great stay

This our third trip here and there will be plenty more. This place has everything you need except food and beverages. The view is great. We kayaked two days this time. Saw 4 different eagle sightings. We’ve had 6-8 people here and the sleeping arrangements work out.
