The lady in the front was really helpful, but when I arrived with the confirmation of my booking they had no room for me. Not sure who's fault is this but this is unacceptable. No rooms in the entire city and I had to sleep in someones lobby.

The worst hotel in Colombia

This must have been the worst hotel I have stayed ever in Colombia, I have no idea how an app like hotels.com keeps them on here, first must climb stairs, second qe had to change rooms THREE times due to cockroaches in each room, until they finally made there way to our last room, the dust from the curtains gave me allergies, the cold water faucet in the shower would not turn, it was broken and the hot water was so HOT it would burn, the final straw was that the large window to the room faced the breakfast area and every morning the chit chatter and plates at 7am was out of control, but the worst was the curtain window was so thin that you could see the people eating and they could see you naked, I noticed a bit too late, had no other choice than to stay longer as there were no other reasonable rooms in the area due to its yearly fair.

La habitación estuvo bien, la malo era que con esta temporada de calor deberían ponerle un ventilador porque la habitación era muy caliente, adicionalmente como la habitación es la que da con la calle, el ruido hasta altas horas de la madrugada hizo muy difícil el descanso

Tilbragte 2 nætter her med planen om at besøge kaffe plantager. Desværre kunne de kun spansk på hotellet, men ellers utrolige venlige. Stedet var dog ret gammelt, og virkede ikke særlig rent . Morgenmaden var kedelig og alt for lille portion. Men til prisen er det fint nok. Ligger lige inde i byen. Og kun 10-15 min fra busstationen.

Buen Hotel

El hotel es grande. La recepción es agradable. El desayuno es bueno. El hotel luce un poco viejo, pero es muy limpio. No tiene servicio de parqueadero, aunque hay varios parqueaderos públicos cercanos, aunque el costo es adicional.
