My family and I had previously stayed at the property under the past owners. We were very happy to see the property was how we recalled, with the exception of a hot tub and gas fire pit on the deck. I have nothing but praise for the owners of the property. My only complaint, if it's even a complaint.....there was no fabric softener for laundry , and that may not even be something supplied! We look forward to next year! I would recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in Manistee MI.

Our family vacation

Since my husband and I are from Manistee originally, we try to come back every summer. We look for a property close to the beach. This place did not disappoint. It had everything we wanted and more. We were located next door to the outdoor pool ( which the teens enjoyed) and very close to the beach. We had an amazing view of the harbor and a big beautiful porch with a hot tub (which we used many times) and various loungers and rockers.We were thrilled to find three bathrooms and four bedrooms (one with bunk beds). We really enjoyed the open floor plan with a big kitchen and dining area.The only complaint was that the rattan living room furniture was very uncomfortable and not large enough for all of us.All in all, everyone had a great time and look forward to coming back next summer.

Lovely home close to everything! The deck is very large overlooking the beautiful marina. The pool is right next to the home with convenient and easy access. Communication with the host was quick and convenient. They were able to assist me with a reservation error I made and also mailed to me items left behind. Beautiful landscaping which adds to the amber ambience of everything Everything you need in kitchen and outdoor grill works great. Thank you to the host for all of your assistance!

Awesome Beach House!

We were blown away by this property- close to the beach, tons of amenities, and beautifully equipped on the inside. Our new favorite place in northern Michigan. We can’t wait to come back.

Spacious & Lovely

Perfect location for walking to the beach, heading to downtown Manistee, or visiting the pool. The house is very spacious and clean, and has a gorgeous view of the harbor.

This was a beautiful and spacious condo. The water view of the harbor was gorgeous, especially at sunset. We requested a few extras during our stay and we were quickly accommodated. We would stay again!

Best rental we have ever rented

Spotlessly clean. Spectacular view. Abundance of space. Lovely deck area. Stunning artwork and attention to detail of the aesthetics of the space. I will rent this over and over again and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. We had a fantastic stay in Manistee largely due to how wonderful this unit is. So grateful owners are willing to rent it out.

Fantastic Vacation

The house was incredible. Lots of space for the 6 of us. The kitchen was probably our favorite room (well, besides the master bedroom and the outside deck!) The kitchen has everything you need and more. And you couldn't beat the location. The outdoor pool is right next to it, but there is still a lot of privacy. Indoor pool and gym are just beyond the outdoor pool so they were very close. The Beach was maybe a 1-2 minute drive and a beautiful spot with a concession stand which the grandkids loved. We can't wait to book it again for next year!

Amazing getaway!

Amazing getaway! This was our first stay at the Harbor House and we will definitely be back. The home is beautiful and the location was perfect. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck facing the harbor each morning drinking our coffee. The deck was gated so our five-year-old could run and play. The pool was just a few steps away and the beach a few minutes drive. We explored this quaint little town and found unique shops and restaurants. Michigan weather did not disappoint with high 70s to low 80s. We can’t wait to return with more family members!

Thumbs Up on Harbor House in Manistee

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Harbor House. The house is as shown in the pictures, great kitchen, clean, and well equipped for a vacation. The weather in Manistee changes quickly so the partially covered deck was a great place to hangout. The pool is steps away, the beach is a few minute walk, and tasty casually dining in historic downtown Manistee is a few minute drive. Thumbs up for this wonderful vacation home!

Large home in a gorgeous setting!

Large, luxurious home in a beautiful neighborhood overlooking a majestic marina. Gourmet, spacious kitchen and huge deck! Our family really enjoyed our week here! Our only complaint is the living room furniture- it’s not comfortable for longer than 30minutes of sitting. An upgrade of this furniture would make this place perfect!

Beyond expectations!
