Faultless!

This hotel is perfect. Great room, great beds, great bathroom, great price, great breakfast. I cannot fault it. Friendly, helpful service and with a great restaurant next door. But, on top of all that, when they were building it they found an old Ottoman hamam (hot bath/spa) that was part of a summer palace, so they have excavated and covered it in glass. So while you wait for the lift you are standing a few metres above an ancient bathroom. Cool! And there's more... In the breakfast room you can descend into the ruins themselves and even eat breakfast down there!

Osmanlı şehzade taş hamamı kalıntıları üstüne kurulmuş (yürürken camlı zeminde izlyebildiğiniz), çok temiz, personeli olağanüstü ilgili ve güleryüzlü bir hotel. İlk kez ailemle konakladık. Odaları konforlu ve rahat. Kahvaltısı çok iyi, kahvaltı salonu tarihi bir ortamda. Hotel sen geçilebilen yanındaki 1890 lardan kalma, yeni restore edilmiş "Taş Fabrika" restoran olarak kullanılıyor. Hotel yıldızına göre bence fazlasını hak ediyor. Teşekkürler

Güzel ancak konfor zayıf

Oteli tarihi konumu ve özelliği sebebiyle seçtik, bu açıdan kesinlikle kalınmasını tavsiye ederim. Odalar temiz, ancak yastık, yorgan ve havlular oldukça eski ve konforsuzdu. Banyo biraz bakım istiyor, duş başlıkları çok iyi çalışmıyordu ve kabinden su sızıntısı vardı. Kahvaltı genel olarak iyiydi, taze ürünler ve yeterli çeşitlilik vardı. Odaya servis hizmeti oldukça iyi ve hızlı, restoranın sunduğu yemekler de genel olarak güzeldi, resepsiyona ulaşmak kolay ve iyi iletişim sağlandı.
