The Hotel is clean, safe, comfortable and secured, perfect location close to US embassy. Cons: Very limited parking space, Don't ever think of bringing your car. Surrounding Areas has a lot of homeless, Marites, tambay's, beggars.

The staff here are attentive, but the cleanliness of the hotel room could have been better. There were small flies and bugs coming out of the drains of both the bathroom sink and shower. It was also unpleasant to use the restroom in the lobby area as it had no AC and had mosquitoes flying around. As for the surrounding area, it was sad to walk by homeless people (chidren and adults) in the streets nearby, therefore I did not walk to the hotel by myself at night.

Relative to areas of interest like Intramuros, this hotel was conveniently located. However, female guests may not feel safe to wander in the immediate neighborhood after dark. For instance, the staff advised me not to walk to Robson's Place after sunset.
