Overall, it was ok except that the room I booked is supposed to have a refrigerator inside and when my Mom asked the reception about it, they said they didn’t know that the room I reserved has to have a refrigerator and they told her that they will try to move her to a room with refrigerator the next day. It didn’t happen. I sent the property a message right anway and got a reply 2 days after, apologizing and offered to extend the check out time to 3PM which my mom didn’t need it at all. My mom bought food that needed to be refrigerated, ended up calling our relatives from Cavite to pick it up so it wouldn’t spoil. Just a little disappointed. I think your system has to specify if the room you’re advertising has either a fridge or not. Now I’m developing trust issues booking through this app.
