Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space amidst the heart of Makati central Manila. Close to malls, cafes and restaurants and in the most modern architectural building in Manila. This 74 sq. meter living space has the most amazing 270 degree views with balcony on level 45. Architecture by Daniel Liebeskind renowned architect awarded to rebuild the world trade center after 9-11 and interior design by Georgio Armani. This condo is truly a luxury living experience.
Our guests get free use of the swimming pool, gym and library. They can also use the meeting room on level 30, reservations must be made through concierge. The first hour per day is free of charge then a tariff will apply. There is also a function room that can be booked for parties, but there are to be no parties in the apartment.
The air on system is serviced and cleaned each 6 months.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table. Limited housekeeping is available.

Staff clueless

Nobody knew anything about the unit. No explanation or instructions how to use appliances. Can never get a hold of property manager. Bed needs to be replaced, sagging. Although the staff is clueless about the unit, very friendly and pleasant. First time we tried a condo rental in Manila, will stay in a hotel for future trips.
