Mostly Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean. Breakfast is good. No comment on outdoor pool didn’t use. Will be booking again. Free shuttle bus to and from airport is a plus. Thanks to all the staff.

Great service and well worth the price. Nicely located only 10 minutes walk from Ayala mall which has everything and great eating places. The room walls were a bit thin as we could hear people talking next door. But overall good deal for the price!

Worst check-in experience of my entire life and I travel a lot. Took almost an hour to get checked in. Check-in was at three I got to the hotel at four. didn’t get my room until 4:55. They also advertise free airport shuttle but there’s no way to contact the hotel and I sent them a message two days before regarding how to arrange for pick up and they never got back to me
