Luv the room ( 8737) and (8725) The club lounge was very clean and the staff were all friendly, courteous and professional. Specially the chefs. The offerings were ok, nothing memorable or anything that stands out to me on my 3 day stay. The restaurants on the upper ground level met my american standard of expectations... We will definitely come back but would re evaluate if the club access would still be necessary for our stay...

Room wasn’t cleaned regularly . The cleaner was aware my door notice was t working and it was never repaired through out my stay. A wet cleaning towel they used to clean my room was left next to the TV untouched throughout my stay from second day. I asked for medium sized towels as it wasn’t replaced on second day and it never came again throughout my stay. Food within the hotel and the casino were lacklustre and not great and more options are badly needed as this is the second time I’ve stayed here with same food options
