To the management/owner, i wish you would fix the air conditioningnin the lobby. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it is yet to be fixed. Not just myself, but other guests are complaining about the temperature that they have to experience when checking in or waiting for the lifts. Surely this can be fixed!!

The condition in the lobby is terrible no aircon at all. And they don’t even provide a fan that will ease the hot temperature inside the lobby and that’s an acceptable situation every body is complaining. Overall the staff is good and accommodating kudos to the staff but not to the management of the hotel.
