I have stayed in this hotel previously and so happy with my stay. area is good easy to walk to robinsons place and the different universities. I just wish they updated their bathroom to more modern facilities.

The buffet breakfast was very nice and delicious, but the room cleaning service/maintenance was awful. They removed items from our room without informing us, and covered it up by saying that the food item removed was nearly out-of-date. However, there were other food items with similar expiry dates on them. They also regularly overcharged for laundry, by either giving us inflated weights for our dirty clothes or claiming for stains where there were none. It was indeed very dishonest of them.

Overall as usual my stay was great! Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Though i had issue when i booked, again the breakfast buffet was impressive, the kakanin is good options to have. Though theres one thing that the property could check, the drain in the washroom has smell going on, other than that its been great! Would definitely stay again!

Had to park in a mall closeby overnight bec the hotel only has 2 parking slots when I attempted to check-in the 1st time. The 2nd time I checked-in, I provided feedback that the very limited parking has to be in the hotel information sent to Expedia. Also wjen I got to my room, i fugured i was given a diff room type from what I booked. When I called the frontdesk I was told the room I booked is no longer available. So I asked again, why was I not told beforehand? So they transferred me to an upgraded room. I said I wasn't asking for an upgrade and that it's really just a matter of setting the guest's expectations.

A great place for a short stay. We chose Hotel Kimberly to be equal distance from the places we had to be in Manila. Also a short walk to Robinsons Manila mall.
