This hotel is at a superbly convenient location. As soon as you get out of the hotel, the Glorietta Mall entrance is about ten or twelve feet to your right. The breakfast buffet at this hotel is satisfactory, and the price for it is quite reasonable. The staff members at the breakfast buffet, the concierge, the reception area, front desk, transportation desk are all very polite, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely try to stay there again on my next vacation from the U.S.

Our stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Makati was absolutely magnificent. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of, and the location could not have been better — directly above Glorietta, everything we needed was literally at our feet: shops, restaurants, and entertainment, making it perfect for a family with children. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable, with high floors offering a lovely city view. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring that our check-in and stay went smoothly — a stark contrast to the stress we had experienced during the booking process elsewhere. Despite the difficulties with our original booking, Holiday Inn & Suites truly delivered an exceptional experience, and we felt completely supported and welcomed.
