Lady Guard rude to senior person

The Lady guard in Boracay very rude I understand the securities for all wellbeing that stayed the place .we have early check out at Positano ..so i tried to get in let my dad mom stayed inside because outside so freaking hot I talk to lady guard to let my dad inside because it’s cooler than outside ..My dad my Mom both senior citizen and my dad had medical conditions i talk to the guard and she yell at me ..I come from US to visit my Dad but she treat badly I spend a lot of money to stay for 5 days then they traet my Parents rudely.My concern i understand about the securities for all people stayed but this place need to treat the elder ones and have medical conditions I take Family medical leave because my dad condition.hope you the management fix my concerns.Thank you
