Comfortable, well thought out, well located
Great to stay in well planned room with a fridge that actually cools, and shower and light controls that are easy to fathom. Liked the way you can watch TV from bed or settee. Good quality coffee and pastries for breakfast. My one suggestion would be yo replace the carpet beside the bed, which has developed that greasy underfoot feeling with age. Other than that, nothing not to like.

Roomzzz Manchester Victoria
We stayed in a neo room. Our room overlooked Manchester Cathedral. The room was very well equipped and very clean. The room was also extremely quiet, with hardly any noise coming in from the outside. The hotel is ideally located for the AO Arena ( about 5 minute walk ) and the Arndale centre. ( about 2 min walk ). You are surrounded by restaurants. I would highly recommend.

Very unclean, Rooms all smell like a takeaway.
On arrival, the room smelt like a take-away, so we were downgraded to another room. This room also smelt the same. It was an issue with their ventilation system. After being downgraded and offered no solution, I requested a refund. The member of staff on shift was extremely rude and asked ME to call his manager to see if he’d approve the refund because the manager was off all weekend. Handing me the phone and expecting me to resolve the situation is beyond comprehension.
