Great stay! Highly recommend

The Reach hotel in Manchester is a beautiful stay. A convenient location with a tapas style restaurant inside called Lock 84. Due to maintenance issues we were upgraded to a suite which came with a fully stocked bar and snacks. It came with sleep kits, toothbrushes, combs, and had an amazing shower and giant sink. The staff were so friendly and helpful. An incredible night. Highly recommend them if you’re ever in Manchester.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in the past 5 years. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and filled with extras and amenities. The bed was comfortable and the choice of different pillows was such a benefit.

Fabulous hotel close to Piccadilly train station. Excellent customer service and I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade & free welcome cocktail, which was delicious. Beautiful modern and clean room I would happily stay here every time I visit Manchester. I was here for a gig which was a close walk to get to.

Beware of this property , they claim the room are soundproof, definitely not sound proof, every conversation and door closing can be heard as well as anything your neighbours are doing in the bathroom. Staff are friendly and great location. Also dont book the balcony it only over looks the road and a warhouse that are now flats or something , no views.

Surprisingly premium experience

A very premium experience with welcoming staff and brilliant rooms. First hotel I have stayed at which allowed me to watch all sports channels and also cast my phone to the TV for things like YouTube. Loved the bathroom, which was spacious with a beautiful rainfall shower. Lighting was brilliant and the balcony on our specific room was also a surprise. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you're staying in Manchester for one night or one month.

Great hotel

Just after staying at this hotel for 3 nights and honestly couldnt fault it. Everything was so clean, fresh, comfortable and the staff were lovely! I have been in many hotels in Manchester over a number of years but now I have found my new favourite, I will definitely be returning. The location is great and even the welcome cocktail on arrival was great. Looking forward to a return trip to stay here again, highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Really close to Piccadilly station so ideal for travellers. We attended a concert at o2 Apollo while we stayed which was also in walking distance Extremely comfortable bed and pillows and duvets, shower was lovely too. Would definitely stay again, especially with the check out time being a bit later than most places it really made our morning much more comfortable after a concert
