Clean comfortable and a friendly staff.

at check in, the parking situation was misrepresented. A scooter was left on the sidewalk near the entrance, for about 15 hours, blocking the way for guests, until I moved it. The front desk did not know how to sell me a yogurt. I called in advance to book a reservation. The person I got on the phone was pathetic, and eventually hung up on me. So I ended up using Expedia.

Close to a lot of restaurants/entertainment. I wasn’t told what time breakfast was receptionist not very friendly.

Clean and quiet property. Pool and gym were very clean and well maintained.

Appreciated the staff. Hotel was in good condition.

The hotel was very nice. Would have been nice if room service had been available. Need better restaurant space or signage; clear place for breakfast. Restaurant didn’t open until 7am which was another problem. For early risers that have obligation to be had to find alternative for breakfast.

Easy walking distance to the SNHU arena! Parking was easy and the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Checkin was easy and room were clean and quiet.

Great stay! Comfortable beds, nice room, everything was clean and so convenient to everything on Elm St.

Our room was on par with any 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at and the staff were extremely friendly and curious!

Thanks all good except there was some loud engine noise around the property at 0400 AM

Room was not serviced daily, didn't automatically replenish towels or coffee supplies. Had gypsy extra for WiFi
