Enjoy Central District Colonial House 'La Gran Sultana' + pool

Welcome to "La Gran Sultana", a colonial house rebuilt in 2002 with a patio garden and a pool.
The house is 2 blocks from Main Square, restaurants and coffee are all at walking distance.It can host up to 14 people in 5 rooms.
In 2025, we have made important improvement: new furnitures (mirror, suitcases support in the rooms, new beds, new TV set and Kitchen equipment, improved decoration in the rooms and the patio +1 piece stunning wooden table to eat. See the pictures!
The kitchen is at the center of the house, between the 2 patios.
The large table is on the right side of the patio and can host up to 14 people (2 tables).
There are 2 rooms on the 1st floor and 3 rooms on the ground floor.
One of the outdoor to the street can host up to 2 cars.
On the 1st floor, besides the 2 rooms and corresponding private bathrooms, you have the TV room and a large balcony with a nice view on the patio and the houses surrounding our home. The other 3 rooms are on the ground floor.
4 rooms have aircon.
There is a large water tank on the back of the house in case the city cut the water.
Note: security is a concern for us: in case there are little children, there is a net available to cover the pool whenever it is not in use. It takes 2 mn to install.
The house is cleaned every day in the social areas and in the rooms if accepted by the renter.
There is a safe available in Room1.
