As others have mentioned, great views and lots of natural sunlight. Washer/dryer is a nice plus. Communal hot tub is nice as are the two parking spots. Not a bad walk to Canyon Lodge either (if you're not walking in ski boots).

Very cute and comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable. Wonderful view from the balcony. Kitchen was clean and convenient to cook in. (Like a lot of places - bring your own plastic wrap, baggies and cooking oil.) Close driving distance to Canyon Lodge.

Annual Mammlth birthday trip

Each year we come up to fish and enjoy the outdoors. This year was no different; this place was perfect for our needs. The view is breathtaking and close enough to anything one could need but also quiet. We couldn’t be happier with the condo and our time spent there.

Wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and comfortable. Very close to town. Not much to walk to but the view is worth the few minutes drive to town. Note that you have to pick up keys at the management office which is a little inconvenient - we've gotten so used to codes and self check in! Overall definitely recommend this lovely place!

Beautiful property with great decor

We cant say enough good things about this property. It's location is perfect. The quality of the home was top notch. This is one of the cleanest short term rentals I have ever stayed it. Highly recommend this gem!

Great Condo in nice area with views that are incredible!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay, with lots of good time together as a family out exploring Mammoth trails and relaxing in the evenings. The only disappointment was the hours for the jacuzzi weren't correct when we got back excited for 2p.m. soak. We'd definitely return again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. It’s nicely updated and so comfortable. The view is what makes this place over the top. It’s one of those places that you dont want to leave!

3 Nights in Mammoth Lakes

Great location with less than 5 min drive to Mammoth Village. Comfy king bed. Well equipped kitchen. Views of the mountains and valley with no other close buildings visible. Beautiful sunrises. Vaulted ceiling. Parking right in front of the door for convenience. Not a big fan of the cowhide rugs which bunch up and are easy to trip over. The Lake Mary road traffic is loud during rush hour when the windows are open or you are on the deck. Picking up and dropping off the keys at the management office is inconvenient. Would certainly stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the condo is breath taking at sunrise and all day. The kitchen had enough utensils and pots to cook a meal. It does need better quality skillets(sticks very badly). The wood stove was nice but needs a grate to help circulate air under the wood. Bring paper to help start the wood. The unit was clean. The couch is not the most comfortable. The beds in both rooms were comfortable. The view from the master bedroom is beautiful. Having a tub/shower in the hall bath is nice. The condo is a nice size for 4 people.
