Impresionante casa perfectamente equipada para unas vacaciones en familia o con amigos con todas las comodidades, cerca de la playa de Alcudia y del paseo de Puerto de Alcudia.

La gran casa está distribuida en dos plantas. Habitaciones equipadas para su cómodo descanso con aire acondicionado. En la planta baja encontrará dos habitaciones, un baño y un salón, en la primera planta se sitúan el resto de habitaciones, una de ellas con baño in suite. En esta misma planta encontrará otro baño, el espacioso salón comedor y la cocina equipada para disfrutar de los momentos culinarios. Disfruta de desayunos al aire libre en la terraza en la primera planta junto a la cocina.



La zona exterior te encantará gracias a su gran piscina de agua salada de 8m x 4m rodeada de hamacas donde broncearse bajo el sol de Mallorca. La terraza un lugar perfecto para relajarse mientras disfrutas de una barbacoa en el poche. El jardín también cuenta con un balancín, ideal para disfrutar de un buen libro o simplemente para relajarte y disfrutar del ambiente tranquilo. Villa was clean with all facilities as advertised. Pool itself was nice however the pool area was tired and could do with some updating. Sunbed cushions were old and worn. Location ideal with a 5 minute walk to Alcudia beach and resort with good selection of bars and resraurants. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Family Holiday

Really nice villa and a great location. Some minor cleanliness issues and items in a state of disrepair (drain cover in pool and toilet roll holder) but nothing that detracted from the quality of our stay. Villa was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool and outside areas are superb and it’s a 5 minute walk to the waterfront, beach and huge array of restaurants. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

great family holiday

The property was in an ideal location for 2 families with older teenage children. We could walk to the port and the beach. We ate out at local restaurants and also made use of the outdoor BBQ when dining at home. The kitchen was on the first floor so it kept us fit carrying plates, cutlery and food up and down the stairs to the dining area by the pool in the evenings. The pool area was nice and there were plenty of shades you could put up over the sunbeds when it got very hot. We enjoyed being able to go out for morning walks, runs and bike rides from the villa.

Highly recommended

Ideal property mallorca were amazing. They responded to emails promptly and provided additional time to pay our final balance due to insecurity with travel and Covid 19. They transported us to the villa and were really helpful. The villa is great. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the harbour. Pool area was lovely and the pool was warm We had a fantastic holiday thank you

Lovely time at Villa Amapola

We really enjoyed our stay here - it's the perfect place if you're looking for a peaceful spot not far from the Port and beach of Alcudia. We really loved the pool and outdoor spaces and the outside kitchen is a dream! We had a rocky start with a fridge that didn't work and so defrosted our food shopping on the 2nd day, but an engineer and replacement fridge were sent to us fairly efficiently to resolve the problem (along with a problem we experienced when using showers - either freezing cold or scorching hot). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, we were a party of 9 and had plenty of space! The beds could potentially do with an upgrade but were good enough. We thought we might have had a visit from a house cleaner/pool cleaner during the week, but no one came. Don't expect spotless and gleaming here, it's obviously summer season but a little more attention to detail on cleaning would've been fab - the floors in particular needed some attention (we noticed this from day 1). There are plenty of supplies but things like tea towels for the kitchen etc are missing so they could do with finessing these little touches. Overall, fab villa in a faultless location and a definite recommendation from us!

Brilliant stay

We were a family of 9 the villa was very clean and tidy its an ideal size for large parties. We did have a small issue but this was quickly sorted within a couple of hours. The pool was a great size and a great hit with us all. We're already talking about our next trip. You are only a 5 minute walk to Alcudia centre were you will find plenty of places.to eat and drink. Thank you.

Villa Amapola Alcudia haven

Mooie villa met ideale locatie. Bedden zijn goed en slaapkamers zijn ruim. Meerdere zit mogelijkheden voor buiten. Ruim voldoende keuken gerei om mee te koken. Klein minpunt is de waterpomp die een vervelende brom maakt als er water wordt gebruikt. Dus ook als je de wc gebruikt. Ondanks dat is dit een goede keuze voor een luxe vakantie.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus - zentral und ruhig gelegen

Wir haben in diesem schönen Ferienhaus die letzte Märzwoche in 2018 verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt vorgefunden. Da wir als erste nach der Winterpause im Haus waren, war dieses sehr ausgekühlt. Anders als im Text beschrieben gibt es leider KEINE Zentralheizung, so dass das Heizen nur über das Auspusten von warmer Luft durch die Klimaanlage in jedem Raum funktioniert. Dies verbraucht sehr viel Strom und die Räume sind zwar schnell oberflächlich warm, aber nach Ausschalten auch genauso schnell wieder kalt. Im Garten kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen und wir hatten auch spätnachmittags bei den Liegen noch etwas Sonne - nur der Pool war leider zum Baden noch zu kalt. Rundherum ist Kunstrasen - das muss man mögen, hat aber sicher im Sommer auch viele Vorteile. Für die kalte Jahreszeit würden wir uns auch drinnen einen Tisch wünschen, an dem man mit allen Personen im Haus gemeinsam sitzen kann - uns haben die kleinen Tische allerdings nicht gestört, da wir nur zu viert waren. Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Töpfe - alles ist zahlreich vorhanden. Dürftig ist allerdings Qualität und Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien wie spitzen Messern, Scheren, kein Pfannenwender, Schüsseln, keine Teekanne, keine Tischsets etc. Die Lage des Hauses ist top, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Hafen.
