Great Stay for Mount Bromo & Malang Excursions!

The hotel was great overall. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! The shower took a while to heat up the water, the front desk advised letting it run 15-20 minutes. The restaurant down in the lobby has a limited selection, but the Pork and Barrel were great to sit and have a beer and is open 24hrs. It is about 30 minutes from MLG airport but the local Uber Grab totalled about $5USD.

Fair for price

We stayed here so we can go and visit the volcano really early in the morning. It is a hotel for a quick stay. The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything. There is a bar on the 7th floor and even though we were at the 5th floor we could here the music loud and clear. Over all the room was clean but the water took forever to warm up and it wasn't never hot.

Very happy with my stay here. Will return.

Stayed in a room with two queen beds. The good: Very spacious. Stable WiFi. I had a balcony. Friendly staff. Guests (depending on your booking) are given a meal voucher worth Rp50,000 which can be used to buy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Safe neighborhood. The bad: Hot water is very unreliable. There are no shower doors; during shower, half of the bathroom will get wet. No fridge in the room.

The toilet's door is made of a-see-through-glass so whenever you want to hv a shower the other roommate has to get out.

Resepsionis kurang senyum, kurang profesional & tidak ramah. Air panas kurang maksimal. Saat itu voucher breakfast hotel yang saya tinggal di kamar hilang, lalu kontak resepsionis tidak bisa memberikan solusi dan akhirnya saya tidak bisa breakfast. Ny og pænt hotel, med meget hjælpsomt personale. Tilhørende restaurant var ikke særlig spændende, så vi spiste morgenmad ude i byen.. WIFI off and on

朝食付きだったがRp50.000のクーポンでオーバー分はその場で支払う・・・チェックイン時のデポジットから相殺して欲しい。そして、朝から賑やかしのMTVは不快。 部屋で使用するものは結局品揃え豊かなフロント前の物を買う羽目になる。バスタオルが１枚しかないのに毎日は交換してもらえず、アメニティはチェックイン時の１回のみ。 まだ新しく低料金だから宿泊したが部屋が非常に狭く扉がベッドにぶつかり全開せず、スーツケースを広げるスペースがなかった。
