Our Maui home is permitted with the County of Maui #STMP 2013-0001.
The upstairs has a master bedroom with a California King mattress with adjoining bathroom having a Jacuzzi tub separate from shower. The secondary bedroom also has a California King mattress with an adjoining secondary 3/4 bath. The kitchen has all amenities with dining room seating for 10 plus bar seating. It is adjacent to an outside lanai (patio), seating for four; where you enjoy your coffee looking at the distant ocean views or possible rainbows.There is a parlor(den) with TV, Cable, Stereo, Internet and board games/books, etc. Lower level guests must use outside stairs to access lower level; it has two bedrooms one with a California King mattress next to a 3/4 bath and one with a queen mattress with an adjoining secondary 1/2 powder bath. They have their own parlor(den), couch w/ queen mattress, sitting area, TV, and cable.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
