Stunning villa is located in Makarska has a capacity of 6 plus 1 guests and offering breathtaking sea view. The three story property is designed to provide the utmost comfort and relaxation for your stay. It features three spacious bedrooms with a double bed, each with it's own ensuite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has an extra bed, allowing the house to accommodate a total of 7 people. On the ground floor, you will find a convinient guest toilet and washing machine. Villa has an otudoor shower and seven loungers for soaking up the sun. The property has also BBQ and wine cellar for wine enthusiasts. Parking area for three vehicles on the premises. Deposit is required in cash (500,00 EUR) upon arrival. You will get this amount back upon departure, provided everything was in order (no damage).
