Great place and amazing host

Great location sourrounded by the olive trees of the Maremma hills and a few minutes walk from Montiano. The house is lovely, with stylish Tuscan decor and modern facilities, air con and newly refurbished kitchen and bathrooms. Sam is a superb host, very welcoming, helpful and kind. We had problems with our car and he went out of his way to help us. Beautiful part of Italy and great place for holidays will definitely go back.
