Sperrinview House offers comfortable outdoor areas which include a side patio with direct access to the kitchen which houses a gas barbecue, chimenea, and seating for eight to ten guests. The property also has a raised front terrace with comfortable rattan seating for 8 guests who can enjoy panoramic views of the Sperrin Mountains, Slieve Gallion Braes, and the surrounding countryside. At the rear of the property, there is a private yard with a washing line, a table and chairs, a log bunker, and recycling facilities. You will receive a warm and friendly welcome from your hosts upon arrival.

- Pet amenities (max 2 pets) include feeding/drinking bowls and waste bags for your convenience.

House Rules:
- Check-in from 3PM & Check-out on or before 11AM. (Flexible on request where possible).
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- Pets are welcome at the property, with a maximum of two allowed.
- Parties and events are not allowed at the property.
- We welcome bookings for up to 8 guests. Additionally, we can comfortably accommodate 2 more small children who are toddlers or infants.
