DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOST

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOST!! The lack of professionalism and response is extremely disappointing! The apartment was well located and well-kept, but the host did not provide the check-in details prior to our arrival (after several communication requests) They claim to be accessible from 10 am - 1am daily, but this is a lie. Once on-site, they did not respond to 9 phone calls, 4 emails or communications thru VRBO directly and we were left, 3 women, waiting on the street for 3 hours into the night. We had to find alternative accommodations for the night and have since been trying to get reimbursed for this first night. It has been over 2 months and the host is ignoring emails. Their lack of professionalism is appalling. This one incident ruined an otherwise idyllic 2 weeks trip thru Spain. Skip this host and find one that will ensure you are taken care of and feel safe.
