Outstanding hotel at walking distance of all main tourist attractions. The service is top notch, rooms are high-tech and super clean, and the breakfast is divine! Highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff, big bright rooms with huge windows and comfortable beds, and a gorgeous 12th floor terrace with views of the city. Plus the terrace isn’t an overcrowded circus like the one at Riu. The location right off Grand Via is great, too — super walkable to all of central Madrid, right next to the metro, just around the corner from the palace and its parks, and on an easy taxi pickup route at the edge of the craziness.

When we checked in, the host Maria was super friendly and made sure we felt welcome, well-informed, and taken care of. Our room was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. The location was amazing too - right in the heart of Madrid, close to all the main attractions. And the Sky lounge on the rooftop was the cherry on top - our evenings were incredible! We’d definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Madrid. Thanks a bunch!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything was par excellence except the gym room. It’s very sad for a high end hotel to have a Gymn which is 200 sq feet. Everyone is into fitness and health these days especially when u on vacation u need to burn those calories. You guys need to this into serious consideration and make a real Gymn.
